Urban Community Connections (UCC) may photograph, record, or capture video during program activities for promotional, educational, reporting, fundraising, and public awareness purposes. By participating in the 2026 Adopt-A-Family @ Christmas Tour, I grant Urban Community Connections permission to use photographs, video recordings, or other media featuring myself and/or my household in print, digital, social media, website, and other marketing materials without compensation.

I understand that all images and recordings become the property of Urban Community Connections and may be used to highlight the impact of its programs and services.
